Kidnap the Sandy Claws, beat him with a stick. Lock him up for fifty years, see what makes him tick!

Updated: Jul 4, 2023

“'Twas a long time ago, Longer now than it seems, In a place that perhaps you've seen in your dreams. For the story that you are about to be told Began with the holiday worlds of old.”

Christmas 2020 is here, a Christmas like no other! Not even the one that takes place in Halloween Town where Jack Skellington, the pumpkin king of Halloween Town decides to celebrate Christmas and causes chaos and confusion.

A 1993 film is bases on a poem written by Tim Burton and made in stop motion musical animation. Although Tim Burton did not serve as the film’s director that role was taken by Burton’s former Disney animation colleague Henry Selik. Burton created and produced the story and characters. The stop motion musical was filmed at 24 frames per second, therefore the crew had to pose the characters 24 for times for each second of film!

So as the ‘Nightmare’ of 2020 comes to an end, sit by a warm fire with your loved ones and a hot drink and watch the adventures and chaos caused by Jack Skellington and friends and think of better times to come!

Have a peaceful holiday season and lets all welcome a better, healthier and safer 2021.
